Is Online Video Effectiveness Underrated?

We recently ran a survey within the footprint of a campaign. One question was “Where do you recall seeing BRAND X advertised in the past 90 days?” While we saw a consistent lift for all media used, something struck me. TV recall lift was almost 3 times bigger when the respondents were exposed to Online Video.

Do people remember the Video ads and instinctively answer TV?
